This can happen as in some cases the information we have gathered on postal rates can change or be incorrect. In cases where the shipping charges are higher, we will only invoice the actual shipping charges and refund the balance after posting the order. Our system is also updated when these differences are identified. This website is a non-profit service which is provided for making the books available globally.
There are instances that you can feel that the shipping cost is high. If the shipping label shows “Ship from Global”, then there is a standard base price of shipping for each order. So if you buy a small book then the shipping cost will be high. Instead, if you buy 2 or more books together, then the shipping cost is worth for what you buy for.
Except for USA orders, all the other regions’ postal rates are calculated by weight (in multiples of 250 grams).
For all USA orders, please allow atleast 10 days for the order to reach you. We take upto a maximum of 5 working days to process your order. In unexpected situations, this can be longer.
For all EU orders, please allow upto 15 working days for the order to reach you.
For all the other countries, please allow 15 to 30 days for the orders to reach you.
